Responsibilities
1) Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction at hospitals, nursing homes and food services with our portfolio of products and offerings.Conduct research to identify new market segments and customer needs for new product development and ideas.
2) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives and needs. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
3) Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
4) Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
5) Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
6) Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Requirements
1) Proven working experience as a Sales Manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
2) Innovative, creative and dare to push the boundaries both internal and external stakeholders.
3) Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
4) Knowledge in both Healthcare and Food services would be an added advantage. Diploma or BSc or MSc in Science or Healthcare related field or Food Sciences would be an advantage.
5) Communication, negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with good time management and planning skills.
