Our team of professionals offer institutional and professional investors real estate private equity investment opportunities through joint venture, separate mandate accounts, bespoke real estate investment wrapper solutions for financial intermediaries or plain vanilla LP investments through our series of single asset or portfolio funds.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Campaigns:

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns through existing and new marketing channels.
  • Assist in our content marketing strategy by working with industry thought leaders to deliver and publish articles, interviews, events/webinars, collaterals and videos.
  • Plan and execute eDMs/email marketing and social media campaigns.

LinkedIn Marketing:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies to enhance QIP's online presence.
  • Create and curate engaging content to increase brand visibility and follower growth.
  • Manage QIP's LinkedIn company profile, including content creation and audience engagement strategies.
  • Utilise LinkedIn for thought leadership, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Analyse LinkedIn performance metrics and leverage insights to optimise results.

SEO:

  • Have an understanding of SEO best practices and able to collaborate with 3rd party agencies to drive content strategies, improve website visibility and organic search rankings that align with the company’s goals.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality written content for various marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Ensure consistent visual representation of the QIP brand across all content and marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop/illustrator/Canva, design tools is a bonus

Event Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support the planning and execution of marketing product launches and education/thought leadership events. Contribute to the development of event marketing materials and promotional activities.

CRM Campaign Management:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot to create and manage campaigns, ensuring timely and targeted delivery.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilise analytical skills to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the data team to gather insights and refine audience targeting strategies.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and create reports to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

PowerPoint and Deck Creation:

  • Develop visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations and marketing decks.
  • Work closely with the sales and investment teams to create presentations that effectively communicate QIP's value propositions and investment opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital and tradition marketing + PR & social media management (fresh graduates with good internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, word, excel and familiar with digital analytics tools such as and Google Analytics. LinkedIn Analytics, CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
  • Experience in content management systems (WordPress) and emailing platforms (HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of grammar and spelling.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
  • A passion and some prior experience in real estate or investment, financial sectors is preferred.
