Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries & feedback through different channels, with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with aftersales programs for existing customers.
- Proactive reach out to prospects for direct sales leads (+ commission).
- Handle administrative matters pertaining to the department and any other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year in customer service experience
- 'Ready to serve’ mindset; ‘Willingness to serve’ mentality; ‘Sincere’ attitude
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
- Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision
Working Location - North
Working hrs / day - 8.45am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri), 8.45am to 1.00pm (first sat of the month)
