Job Description:
As part of the property management team, you play a big part in engaging our clients and helping to ensure the smooth flow of business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Promotion: Working with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our services, increasing customer engagement and revenue.
2. Administrative Oversight: Conduct, manage and streamline administrative processes to ensure efficient operation across all service areas.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Together with our Customer Experience and Incident Management Team, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Financial Management: Assisting to oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to support the facility's business objectives.
5. Team Leadership: Together with our Security Manager, lead and motivate the Customer Experience and Incident Management Team to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards.
6. Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and manage risks associated with business operations.
9. Resource Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for efficient use of resources, including space and personnel.
10. Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and management tools.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
