Key Responsibilities
- Fullstack Development Leadership: Oversee a team of developers working on both front-end (Angular, CSS) and back-end (Django, Python) projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business development teams on the development, QA, and release of products.
- Project and Task Management: Plan, manage, and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Guide, mentor, and manage team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met and effectively communicating project progress.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Regularly evaluate and update team practices to enhance productivity and efficiency, and drive the implementation of continuous integration processes and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in front-end (Angular, CSS) and back-end (Django, Python) technologies.
- Strong familiarity with task scheduling and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
