Job description:
- Identify & develop new business opportunities
- Actively seeking and developing new business relationships, as well as maintaining and improving existing relationships.
- Achieving performance targets as required by the management.
- Attending to enquiries and feedback from all communication channels
- Assisting and supporting other business departments/projects when required.
- Any other duties as designated by the management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in client-facing role, ideally with management experience.
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Able to work effectively independently and meet deadlines for tasks assigned
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken), Cantonese (written and spoken), English (wirtten and spoken) and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken) as needed to liaise with our regional partners
- Willing to work on weekends and after office hours as and when required
- Able and ready to travel locally and overseas on short notice.
- Driving license is required.
