The Responsibilities;
- Act as the primary point of contact between group companies and the owner in Japan.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and initiatives.
- Translate and interpret communications to bridge language and cultural gaps.
Corporate Development:
- Support the development and implementation of corporate strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of business plans, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within group companies
- Organize and participate in regular meetings, conferences, and business trips to regional offices and Japan as required.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between parties.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by setting priorities and deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to all relevant stakeholders.
The Pre-Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required
