Job Description:
- Support the end-to-end implementation of L&D programmes
- Learning Programme Coordination and Preparation: Assist in planning and managing schedules. Support coordination with trainers, facilitators, and participants. Assist in preparation and organize training materials, ensure logistics support for training sessions.
- Reporting: Compile report required for submission to stakeholders and partners. Assist in preparing reports on training outcomes and metrics.
- Training Documentation: Maintain and update training records, help in providing basic insights based on evaluation data.
- eLearning Platform: Assist in maintaining learning content, support user accounts and troubleshoot issues. Assist in preparation and organise training materials, ensure logistics support for training sessions.

Requirements:
- Min Degree in Human Resource Management
- No prior experience required as on job training provided
- Able to commit for 1 year or longer
