What you will be doing?
You may be required to perform the following, but not limited to:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager on the day-to-day operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Display adequate food and beverage knowledge towards in house menu
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with quality standards and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain accurate records of restaurant transactions, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all guest issues are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability
- Knowledge about alcoholic beverages and wine services is preferred
- On Job Training will be provided
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress/Captain or similar role

- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Proficiency in computer systems and software such as POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
