Sales Supervisor

Job Description:


  1. Team Management: Supervise and support a team of sales representatives, including setting sales goals and monitoring performance.
    Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and address any issues.
    Organize and lead team meetings to discuss performance metrics, sales strategies, and product updates.
  2. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
    Address performance issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Customer Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
    Assist in handling complex or high-value sales negotiations and deals.
  5. Administrative Duties: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
    Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of products for sale.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Skills:Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
    Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficient in sales software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
