Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to on-site visitors at airport / attraction and explaining program during their stay in Singapore
- Deliver professional support in every interaction with drivers and guest
- Handle enquiries and feedback from guest in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide administrative support in office when necessary
- Arrange and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary
Requirements
- Service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry
- Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (On rostering)
- A strong sense of initiative with the willingness to go-the-extra-mile for both internal and external stakeholders
- A calm temperament and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player who keeps the team abreast of latest update
- Ability to cope in fast pace environment
- Pleasant personality and a good team player
