Work with Trainers, Training Officers, Nursing team to develop training program for our residents and clients with intellectually disabilities. You will also be responsible in planning and developing constructive training lessons to suit the development and functional needs of our residents.
Roles and duties include:
- Daily implementation and monitoring of training program/activities.
- Daily supervision and monitoring of learners' progress in skills training using Performance Checklist.
- Work with volunteers for delivery of training programs. Give them guidance if needed.
- Ensure safety of residens and clients at all times during training.
- Provide support in promoting comfort and hygiene of residents and clients during Activity Time.
- Other adhoc duties.
