1. Identify, develop, and manage physical trading opportunities on both buy and sell side that is in line with company trading strategies
2. Develop new market and trading capabilities globally
3. Interact with traders/headquarters and handle negotiations of both parties (seller and buyer) concerned
4. Preparation of export documents in accordance with LC requirements / Customer’s requirement / DA / Bank
5. Liaise with various internal departments including HQ to ensure trade activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
6. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports in relation to contract status, customer and supplier performance status, cargo/shipment status etc.
7. Timely follow-ups on shipment and payment status such as receivables and payables.
8. Demonstrate ability to prioritize, and good time management skills.
9. Other tasks/duty assigned by management
