Key Responsibilities:
- Handle post-sales inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with policy maintenance (e.g., endorsements, cancellations, payments, complaints).
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage inquiries and requests, striving for first-call resolutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints to their satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Encourage and document customer feedback.
- Participate in process improvement sessions.
- Work towards team objectives and personal goals.
- Assist with other assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or GCE 'O' level; prior customer service experience is beneficial.
- General Insurance certification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
