RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the end-to-end transition process of our IT infrastructure activities and teams to India.
- Drive all preparation work
- Co-design the transition plan
- Follow up the transition and define criteria to switch to the next steps
- Elaborate risk mitigators and key success factors
- Define the KPI to be followed post-transition and more globally the target dashboard
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may arise during the transition process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to transversal streams such as Communication, HR, Contract negotiation
- Travel to India periodically to oversee and monitor the progress of the project.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Transition Manager in the IT infrastructure field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure activities, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software components.
- Demonstrated experience in managing similar outsourcing projects.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to India as needed.
