Job Responsibilities:
- To acknowledge receipt of claims submissions via email from claimant
- Validate completeness of supporting documents (such as invoices/payslips/bank statements etc.) received from claimants
- Ensure accuracy of computations within each claim form and across related forms
- Verify the accuracy of all line items in the grant claim form from grant recipients against supporting documents
- Ensure expenses incurred/grant monies to be disbursed are in line with grant scheme guidelines/fund guides/checklist with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided
- Liaise directly with claimant to obtain incomplete supporting documents and/or to top up additional supporting documents required
- Identify any irregularities and escalate them for further action
- Complete a checklist for each claim request verified as evidence of items checked and procedures performed
- Track the value of claims received till date per project in the form of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet or other equivalent tracking system
Job Requirements:
- Min 3 'A' Level passes or a Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and validate claims accurately
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure precision in documentation and data entry
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
