Our client, in the consulting space, is currently looking for a part time accountant to join their dynamic team. You are expected to commit 3 working days / week.
The Role
In this role, responsibilities include preparing annual statutory accounts, assisting with tax return completion, and addressing outstanding audits. Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and weekly bank account reconciliations are also required. The role involves reconciling the fixed asset, accruals, and prepayments registers to the general ledger, preparing quarterly GST returns for review, and collaborating with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment and reconciliation of unidentified deposits and receipts.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. You are expected to have strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with clients.
