Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts, encompassing Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger of one of the subsidiaries
- Prepare intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare financial and management reporting on a timely basis
- Prepare monthly forecast and yearly budget
- Prepare quarterly GST return with reconciliation.
- Monitor and analyse financial information to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
- Liaise with external auditor and tax agent in providing relevant information for audit and tax matters.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Department
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field with proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Able to work independently and be a team player
