Job Description:
- Responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the assigned project
- Ensure that projects are to be completed duly, within budget and of high quality
- Responsible for the submission of progress report/project timelines to client
- Quality Control / House Keeping of site
- Coordinate site with designer / sub-contractors / client for smooth handover
- Control/ Monitoring work progress and plan project schedule
- Attend project meeting and conduct internal discussion with relevant department
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Project Management / Building Maintenance or relevant course
- Minimum 7 years of similar experience in project management
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Pro software
