Product Operations and Support
- Spearhead the creation and regular update of comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and run user flow and product testing with user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies;
- Oversee the entire support operations of the product;
- Serve as the liaison between product teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding tool updates, features, and feedback;
- As a member of Customer Support team to problem solve customer enquiries;
- Attending to customer enquiries on product related issues;
- Systematic problem solving skill is a MUST to have, you need to be able to design flexible solutions that can solve urgent product operation issues.
Product Ownership
- Work alongside the product development team to create prototypes and mockups
- Work with product Development team to create user stories and define product requirements
- Provide feedback and direction during development processes
- Relate customer feedbacks to help improve the product quality
- To have Basic Video Editing skill is a bonus – Social media videos (tiktok, Instagram etc)
- To know how to operate cameras or have basic camera skills is a Bonus
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or above;
- 2+ years of product operations experience with digital ad products or in saas platforms; familiarity with advertising solutions at Google, Meta, and Snapchat;
- A fast learner and self-starter who gets to the point quickly with a good sense of judgment and original thinking;
- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrated experience collaborating with different teams and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives;
- Strong data and business analysis ability, analytical mind, and good data skills; comfortable with spreadsheets;
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a sales/ client-facing capacity.
