KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· To deliver quality and high standards of service to customers
· To handle customers’ enquiries and take orders
· To perform basic cashiering duties
· To scoop and serve gelato and beverages to customers
· To replenish merchandise on the display shelves and counter whenever necessary
· Ensure safe storage of all products in the storage room and sales floor
· To perform general housekeeping to ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the area at all times
· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 'N' and below; and 1 year of experience in the same capacity within the retail environment
· Must be able to do heavy lifting of at least 10kg
· Able to commit retail operation hours
Able to commit on weekends, public holidays and overtime as and when required
