M365 Product Specialist

Reporting to the M365 Product Manager, the M365 Product Specialist will bring a 360-degree view of the M365 Platform to our customers in the AP region and combine the benefits of our M365 offerings including External Teams, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, et. al. when building Local or Enterprise applications on the platform. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English as the main spoken language of our Company.
Responsibilities Include:
Be a regional point of Contact for M365 Architectural Guidance
Balance multiple competing project and needs, properly plan resources and track projects in region.
Evangelize, provide technology workshops and guidance for collaboration tools as part of M365
Continuous self-development in new collaboration tools and features that have potential impact on our Collaboration Platform scalability and sustainability
Power Platform Development:
· Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements.
· Create and optimize Power Automate workflows for streamlined processes.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
SharePoint Administration and Development:
· Design and implement SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
· Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues – webparts and access.
Web Design and Development
· Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with company branding.
· Develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern technologies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to deliver seamless web experiences.
Integration and Collaboration:
· Integrate Microsoft 365 applications with other systems and platforms.
· Foster collaboration by implementing effective communication and collaboration solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Technical Support:
· Provide high-level technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, addressing user queries and issues promptly.
· Collaborate with the IT support team(AMS) to ensure seamless operation of Microsoft 365 services.
Education:
· MS/BS in IT or related discipline with
Experience
· 5 years’ experience in a Collaboration technology, Solution Development, BI, or related areas
· Knowledge and/or experience of working in a regulated life science industry a plus
· Experience with collaboration tools (Power Platform – PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI and related O365 components) and development languages/platforms (SQL, HTML, CSS, SSRSS, SharePoint BI and .Net)
· Experience with team orchestration on solution development
· Experience with design of platform Engineering processes within Collaboration space
· Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals globally, experience working in virtual teams comprising of internal employees and geographically separated vendors/partners
