Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation.
- Assist with personal errands and special projects as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to travel as required and work irregular hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
