Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls and walk-in guests
- Schedule appointments for clients
- Possess a warm and friendly attitude to welcome customers
- Ensure good housekeeping for the reception and customer waiting areas
- Ensure all data are recorded properly
- Office administration
- Daily Social Media posting
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements:
- Team player with good communication skills (Able to speak in English and Chinese)
- Minimum GCE O level or equivalent with relevant working experience
- Customer Service oriented
- Basic knowledge in Office Admin
- Pleasant and good interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask prioritize, and manage time effectively
