Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external customers and internal team members to fulfill customer requirements, respond to customer feedback, implement corrective actions and monitor continued progress and improvements to meet the company’s business objectives
- Respond to customer enquiries on services rates, requirements and service expectations
- Assist management to track, monitor and assess trucking, yard and depot performance/utilisation and execution of job orders as given by customers
- Assist business development team in strategic sales planning, presentations and assessment of business performance
- Assist management to review internal administrative and operational processes to improve efficiencies
- Assist the safety team in ensuring safe utilisation of logistics facilities and equipment and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including conducting internal safety audits and participating in Company Emergency Response Team and related training programs
- Assist operations and safety teams to respond to customer and external stakeholder audits including audits on trucking and depot operations, ISO certifications and regulatory authorities’ requirements
- Perform additional tasks as required to meet the our customers’ and the business development / marketing department’s needs
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
