Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Delivery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the training, deployment, and delivery of our proprietary software solutions to clients. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of software deployment processes, and the ability to train and support clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of software deployment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure they understand and can effectively use our software.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support client education.
- Oversee the deployment process of our software solutions, ensuring smooth and successful implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address any deployment challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-deployment, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the training and deployment phases.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in software deployment or IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions and create clear, user-friendly training materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Technical knowledge of software deployment and IT infrastructure.
