Your Role
Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Senior Executive, Investor Relations to manage and enhance relationships with Korean investors. This role reports into the Chief Investment Officer and will be part of the Investor Relations & Corporate Communications department. This role will collaborate closely with Management, Finance, and Communications teams to ensure effective communication and transparency with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Investor Relations Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with Korean investors.
- Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Organise and participate in investor meetings and events.
Financial Communication
- Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare quarterly earnings releases.
- Develop presentations and other communication materials for earnings calls, investor conferences, and board meetings.
- Monitor and analyse financial news and market trends.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage the flow of information between the company and investors.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging.
- Support Management in decision-making by providing insights from the investor community.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native fluency in Korean and proficiency in English.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Workspace and its relevant tools such as Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Korean investment market and financial regulations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field is preferred.
