Your new role
- Provide network support
- Processing of ServiceNow incident tickets and service requests
- Implementation and troubleshooting of firewall change requests
- Support with problems and projects / changes in the network (Cisco and Fortinet)
What you'll need to succeed
- 4 years of experience in Network Engineering
- Experience in routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN with Wifi topics on BAU basis
- Hands-on experience in implementation of Firewall rules
- Competent in the usage of ServiceNow
- CCNA certification will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English.
