Scope of work will include but not limited to the following:
- Manage registration portal and database for assigned event.
- Attend to all email and call enquiries pertaining to event registration portal and event information.
- Prepare weekly and/or daily registration reports for presentation to management.
- Perform follow-ups on payment reminders to registrants and ensure full collection of payment before event.
- Work with team members to execute the on-site registration matrix and in charge of the on-site registration counters to handle in-person and online enquiries.
- Provide post-show registration reports and any other information required by reporting officer.
- Ensure IT security SOPs set in place are complied by internally and by external vendors hired to service the event.
- Assist with pre-event logistics planning for event segments relating to assigned event.
- Day-to-day administration to facilitate scope of work.
- Ensure that databases are maintained and kept up to date after event; and
- Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer and Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification – Diploma holder.
- Experience in managing online and on-site registration for events is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Comfortable working with numbers and reports.
