Assistant Manager
Club Pilates was born in San Diego in 2007, and has since expanded across the United States, bringing Pilates to hundreds of thousands of people. In 2016, we served up over 2.2. million workouts to our dedicated members...and we are just getting started! Our first flagship store was officially opened in Orchard Central on 18 June and we are working on the 7th outlet to be opened by Aug 2024!
Therefore, we are looking for a empathetic, energetic and exceptional studio manager for the new outlet to oversee all aspects of the studio, sales, staff and instructors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree strongly desired but not required
- Experience in leading and managing a high-performance team
- At least 2 years of fitness sales preferred
- Great communication (written and spoken) skills in English and one other native language
- Should be comfortable with numbers, data as well as computer and studio software
- Excellent people skills, enthusiastic and good customer service skills
- Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend hours as needed is desired
Responsibilities
- Enforce brand standards, business practices, systems and processes
- Manage day-to-day operations of the studio: (1) staff management, (2) inventory (3) management and (4) overall cleanliness
- Manage, monitor and coach staff periodically
- Provide and maintain highest level of member service and ensure that staff uphold these standards
- Drive marketing/sales strategies
- Provide standard reporting to management team
Salary Range:
- SGD 3500 ~ 4500 base pay + commission/bonus
Resident in Singapore only
