Investment Company of the People’s Republic of China (Singapore) Pte Ltd (中国华新投资有限公司) is a fully owned subsidiary of the People’s Bank of China, which acts as the Central Bank in the People’s Republic of China. Our Company manages a part of foreign exchange reserve within the scope authorized by the People’s Bank of China, undertakes and transacts various kinds of investment businesses.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications and ensure smooth and efficient software delivery
- Implement and monitor project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Participate in develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Document project processes, regularly review and update project documentation to reflect the evolving project landscape.
- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment, performance, and scalability
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams on best practices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a project assistant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, methodologies and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to Have Skill:
- PMP certification or other project management related certification.
- Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Python or Bash.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and test automation tools.
- Computer languages: ASP.Net, VB.Net, VBA, Javascript, HTML, CSS, C#
- Experience in SQL data manipulation, SharePoint development
