As an AI Research Lead, you will lead an AI team to conduct cutting edge research and author high impact papers on the research.
Research Goal:
To develop an on-device personalized AI model capable of real-time learning based on user-specific data input. The model should mimic real-world user behavior to produce identical outputs given the same inputs.
Technical Approach Includes (but is not limited to):
- Training an external memory model alongside a "parameter-frozen" LLM.
- Identifying original facts in LLM features for localized parameter updates.
- Exploring new AI model structures beyond transformers to better utilize long-term memory and train personalized models.
Support Provided for Research and Practical Needs:
- Real-world user data and requirements in AI2B, AI2C, AI4Health scenarios, with broad application prospects.
- Unlimited computing resources as required by the research.
- Comprehensive AI engineering capabilities and infrastructure.
- Interdisciplinary technology integration with brain science and neuroscience.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading AI research projects at technical institutes. Preferably published research in reputable AI journals or conferences.
- Active participation in AI and data science communities.
- Bilingual, fluent in Chinese and English is a plus (as candidates need to liaise with Chinese/Mandarin speaking counterparts in China for job/research purposes).
