Job Description

  • Matching of invoice supporting documents
  • Data entries for AP invoices
  • Payment Voucher and Cheque preparations to suppliers & staff reimbursement
  • Filling and scanning of account documents
  • Administrate and manage office administrative work
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Able to commence work immediately
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

3 to 6 months contract, maternity cover.
