Responsible
- Sorting of parts and verify the pick item again the Delivery note
- Packing, weighing packages and labeling them appropriately
- Adhere to systematic picking & packing methods
- Conduct a few checks and verification to ensure that Physical Material and DN are tally.
- Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged before proceeds with next process
- Prepare any ad-hoc shipment such as engineering request and sample
- Operate PC-based picking & packing systems.
- Proper handling of official document.
- Adhere to all safety policy and quality procedures
- To Lead the Shipping Team by example for staff to follow with positive and Teamwork’s mindset
- Properly plan staff to fully utilized the headcount for pick/pack productivity
- Lead various warehouse maintenance tasks, sorting, planning shipment goods, including 5S and-general housekeeping duties.
- Able to conduct briefing and toolbox meeting
- Monitoring of shipment with follow ups
- Mentors for new picking/packing staff
- Initiative to trouble shoot any pick/pack related issue
- Effective communication with internal and external customer, subcon and quality team
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
- Multitask able to support another department
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of inventory stock taking storekeeping function & administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum O level or related course
- Knowledge on SAP system, Excel, Words Power point and Teams will be advantage
- Minimum 2-to-3-year warehouse experience will be advantage.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
- Perform other related warehousing duties or Ad-hoc job assigned by the Manager
- Team work oriented
