Responsibilities:
- Maintain the document register and provide general administrative support to the Project Team.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage the Statement of Account for multiple projects under the Project Manager.
- Perform financial reconciliation for revenue collection and gather status updates (e.g., GRD).
- Handle various finance processes, including billing, job opening, job amendment, sales pickup, drafting memos, and job closure.
- Collaborate with the finance business partner on financial matters.
- Assist the Project Manager in budgeting and cost management.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring task progress.
- Ensure timely clearance and renewal of all project personnel without disrupting the project.
- Assist and support the project team in procurement processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and team work.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and Words.
