Admin Executive

Linktrix Consultants Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the document register and provide general administrative support to the Project Team.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage the Statement of Account for multiple projects under the Project Manager.
  • Perform financial reconciliation for revenue collection and gather status updates (e.g., GRD).
  • Handle various finance processes, including billing, job opening, job amendment, sales pickup, drafting memos, and job closure.
  • Collaborate with the finance business partner on financial matters.
  • Assist the Project Manager in budgeting and cost management.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the Project Manager in monitoring task progress.
  • Ensure timely clearance and renewal of all project personnel without disrupting the project.
  • Assist and support the project team in procurement processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and team work.
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel and Words.
