We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts in the Finance industry.. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.

[Key Responsibilities]

Sales Generation:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Analyze market potential and identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
  • Track sales performance and provide feedback to improve processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Finance or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Minimum Diploma or A Level
