Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field
• At least 10 years of Building and /or Civil Engineering experience. Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications
• Quality Management Systems – ISO 9000
• Candidates with experiences in LTA projects of similar scale will have added advantage
Responsibilities:
• Resolve complex issues with clients & consultants, JV Partner, and/or subcontractors which is not able to be handled by subordinates.
• Direct project team members to achieve targets of safety, quality, profit and timely completion of the project. To monitor the progress of the project according to the targets set.
• Identify key staff to lead the project and delegate responsibilities. Provide guidance and direction to staff for them to work towards the targets set.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Management
