Job Description：
1.Understand contract requirements and architecture specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule
2.Liaise with design consultants on the design intent
3.Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies
4.Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission
5.Chair architecture coordination meeting
6.Prepare architecture coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
7.Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors
8.Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services
9.Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
Qualifications:
1.Ability to manage and solve complex problems at site
2.Understand all the code of practices
3.Able to design and build to meet employer and authority requirement
4.Understand BIM for design coordination
5.Understand and participate in the implementation of Virtual Design Construction (VDC) concept
6.Master / Degree in Architectural
7.Minimum 5 years’ experience in architecture
8.Good written and spoken English
