Job Description:
- Design conceptualization with detailed material and specification as per clients requirements
- Assist in managing design development & site implementation independently from inception through completion
- Develop 3D visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and color rendering and layout plans with detailed material specifications.
- Capable of supervising construction and liaising with contractors. Knowledgeable in technical aspects of design implementation.
- Prepare tender drawings and quotations/BOQs as per design requirement
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to meet budgetary and technical requirements
- Prompt delivery of services and solutions with professionalism and quality
- Strong customer advocate and build rapport with clients
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture
- Knowledge in 2D and 3D softwares such as AUTOCAD LT/, Sketchup, Enscape for rendering and ADOBE CC (Photoshop and Indesign)
- REVIT and project management knowledge and experience an added advantage
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, space planning from concept to implementation stage for residential and commercial
- Experience for interior renovation for Residential projects in Singapore is an added advantage
- Expert knowledge of the design process, including M&E and detail construction drawings, color & materials, furniture/carpentry systems, specifications and detailing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to work independently
- Skilled in conceptual thinking and experiential design with an ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
- Familiar in preparing quotations and BOQs based on clients preferred design
