Sing Investments & Finance Limited (SIF) has more than 50 years of lending experience in the financing arena in Singapore. Our core activities include the acceptance of fixed and saving deposits from the public as well as the provision of loans and credit facilities to individuals and corporations, particularly the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. Responsibilities:
- Provide effective secretarial and administrative support to the Management. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing/checking Company Resolutions and contract documents as well as handling procurement and insurance matters
- Provide support for all meetings, conference calls, functions and events
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow-up with action items discussed during meetings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support projects related to the Management’s office
- Cover Reception duties as needed and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 2 years of relevant experience supporting Senior Management (exposure in financial sector would be an advantage)
- Strong writing skills
- Competent in Microsoft 365
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and independent, demonstrating good initiative and leadership skills
- Highly organised and meticulous
*Salary will commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
