Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for business expansion. Develop strategies to approach and engage with prospective clients.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least one year of relevant experience in business development or sales roles within the logistics industry/airfreight/sea freight.
