Job Description:
- Manage telephone enquiries professionally and reply all enquiries on timely basis.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle all after-sales enquiries including bookings on WhatsApp via CRM system.
- Liaise with relevant departments and customers to ensure the post sales coating are scheduled, coordinated and followed up accordingly.
- Create and update customers’ data and information via CRM.
- Familiarize with CRM system and utilize effectively to engage customers.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Nitec & Above
- 2 years or more experience in Customer service related positions
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Service-oriented
- Proficient in Ms Office and expected to attain proficiency in CRM system
