Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work which includes:
° Maintenance of Corporate Secretarial System
° Maintenance of statutory registers, records and common seal
° Preparation of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolution and Statutory Returns
° Prepare accounts in XBRL & submission
° Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (including deadlines)
° Handle all statutory filing with ACRA, MOM, IRAS and other regional/local government bodies
° Monitoring and Issuing of invoices using QB online
° Maintain a good working relationship with clients and manage their expectation
° Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
° Min Diploma in Accounting or Law or equivalent
° At least 1 year of relevant experience in a professional firm
° Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
° An eye for detail and deadline-oriented
° Able to work independently
