We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in the gaming and digital payment industries, particularly within the Southeast Asian market, with a strong focus on Singapore and India. This role requires a dynamic individual who can bridge the gap between our operations in Singapore and our partner clients based in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Data Collection: Gather, organize, and analyze data, resources, and information related to the gaming industry and digital payment sector.
- Business Negotiations: Negotiate partnerships with payment gateways and electronic wallets across Southeast Asia, with the goal of expanding our payment channel options.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain daily communication and foster cooperation with banks, payment technology companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Product Optimization: Collect feedback on product performance within payment systems, and collaborate with internal teams to suggest and implement product enhancements and optimizations.
- Lead Generation and Market Expansion: Drive quality lead generation efforts and support product localization initiatives across Singapore and India to ensure market growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our partner clients in India, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term collaborations.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in any discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cross-border mobile internet, e-commerce, gaming, digital payment, or financial technology sales.
- Candidates with existing industry resources in Southeast Asia and South Asia are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or risk control review is advantageous.
- Demonstrates proactivity, responsibility, and the ability to manage stress effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Chinese, both written and spoken.
