Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Events Project Manager in the kids edutainment industry to pilot our event programmes, where you will get the opportunity to set up the division, running the end-to-end event process for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end event management process
- Spearhead creation of project plans
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders such as management, clients and vendors to review event plans and deliverables
- Draft and present pitches to stakeholders for event approval
- Source for suitable venues to host events based on requirements of clients
- Liaise with all relevant authorities and figures to ensure proper submissions and approvals are obtained, adhering to regulatory health and safety compliance
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Events Project Manager, preferably in the children's edutainment industry
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines
- Proficient in end-to-end event planning and execution process
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Team-oriented and organised, able to multitask and concurrently manage multiple moving parts in the event planning process
