Key responsibilities
- Organize critical issues and necessary information to support me in efficient decision-making.
- Coordinate and support key strategic and tactical MOS meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR), and weekly performance meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement and streamline processes in APA Ocean leadership operating model and ways of working
- Strategically plan the agenda and oversee the seamless execution of quarterly Asia Market Leadership Team meetings and offsites.
- Organise assigned tasks within the Asia Market Leadership Team- coordinating responsibilities and ensuring accountability within the Asia Market Leadership Team member and their functional teams to deliver according to agreed timelines.
- Occasionally contribute as a collaborative partner in projects of strategic importance, offering support and insight when needed.
Who we are looking for
- An individual with a relevant tertiary qualification and excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proven experience in a business-enablement, project management, or relevant functional role
- Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple internal teams and senior stakeholders as well as handle information with discretion, tact, and professionalism
- Results oriented, highly organized with great attention to details, and a strong problem solver with the ability to simplify complexity and anticipate and avert problems
- Possess a high energy level and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
