Job Duties:
- Review and analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are effectively addressed, adhering to Risk and Control Self-Assessments Policies.
- Coordinate and execute quarterly control tests and reviews, track their status, ensure timely completion, and escalate any issues to management. Monitor and address gaps identified.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, perform impact assessments for regulatory changes, support root cause analysis, and monitor corrective action plans. Manage Sales Practice Reviews and address any identified gaps. Strong understanding of operational risk and control processes and effective stakeholder management skills are essential.
