Technical Lead

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in a system integrator environment and will be responsible for

managing both pre and post-sales activities in addition to standard technical lead responsibilities. This

role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent customer-facing skills.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Activities:

○ Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and requirements.

○ Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

○ Provide technical guidance and solutions during client meetings and product

demonstrations.

○ Assist in the preparation of technical documents and responses to RFPs (Request for

Proposals).

2. Post-Sales Activities:

○ Oversee the implementation and integration of solutions according to client

specifications.

○ Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.

○ Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on the use of implemented solutions.

○ Maintain strong client relationships to secure future business opportunities.

3. Technical Lead Responsibilities:

○ Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and other technical staff.

○ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

○ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

○ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative

solutions.

○ Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best

practices.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

● Proven experience in a technical lead role within a system integrator environment.

● Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.

● Excellent pre-sales and post-sales experience, with a track record of successful client

engagements.

● Proficiency in various programming languages and technologies relevant to the company’s

offerings.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:

● Experience with cloud services and solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

● Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

● Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.

● Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
