Marketing Operations Assistant
We’re looking to hire a talented, savvy, and driven individual to join the TwoSpuds team as a Marketing Operations Assistant. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to develop clients' emails, create landing pages, report on lead capture, and digital marketing.
What you’ll be doing
As a member of the TwoSpuds team here are a few of the things that you’ll be working on:
- Manage the production of our clients’ email campaign. This will include working with our account managers, copywriters & graphic designer to assemble error-free emails out via our clients’ email systems.
- Building & developing landing pages based on client briefs. You will be building out captivating campaign lead capture forms on our clients’ and our own in-house landing page builders.
- Webinar setup and campaign integration. Finalise campaign setup with integrations with webinar platforms such as Zoom/On24. Use best practices to maximise responses from operational emails.
- Helping our clients manage campaign leads. Track and analyse the performance of campaigns and report to stakeholders if there are any optimisations to be made or insights on results.
- Learn and be certified. Be on the lookout for the newest tools and tactics in email marketing / campaign setup / webinar platforms. Get certified on our clients’ platforms such as Marketo & Splash.

What you look like
Interested in this position? To excel in this role you’ll need to have:
- Strong attention to detail: We want you to be the go-to person building emails, landing pages, and campaign insights directly to the clients and we’ll need you to be confident that there are no errors in what will be sent out.
- HTML or some coding language: Success in this role would mean that you would have to be able to identify errors in emails and edit the HTML email code. You’ll perform best if you know what you’re looking at on the back-end of the email builds.
- Excellent English: You’ll have command of English. But, if you also know another language like Chinese, Japanese, or Korean – even better!
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets: You’ll know the applications of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables as these will help you better analyse the data.
- Ability to multitask: As you’ll be working across multiple clients, you’ll need to be able to manage your time to ensure that you’re able to deliver emails & landing pages within our service level agreements with the clients.
- Ability to give, and take, feedback: Feedback is important for our output to be best-in-class. That is why we will expect you to be able to take feedback for your own improvement but also be able to give it so that the organisation, as a whole, can improve.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment: You’ll be working with a range of different contributors such as copywriters, designers, salespeople, marketing leaders, and vendors. This means you’ll have to work within others’ schedules and timelines to get the jobs done.
- It is helpful if you have knowledge or previous working experience with the platforms we use such as Marketo, Splash, Zapier, and similar.
