Job Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate implementation of key business changes through leadership of the Global Change Management (GCM) process.
- This includes creating and managing comprehensive calendars with critical steps and dependencies.
- Facilitates kick-off calls with change owners to initiate impact assessments and involves stakeholders from various functional groups. Assists in crafting clear communications addressing stakeholder queries, including Legal & Compliance considerations.
- Builds partnerships with change owners, channel leads, and stakeholders, providing ongoing consultative training on process and tools. Conducts general awareness training to enhance understanding of the GCM process.
- Leads cross-functional meetings and supports awareness campaigns to promote GCM objectives and processes effectively across the organization.
- Develops analytics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate process effectiveness and identifies areas for improvement. Contributes to enhancing the Work Flow Management tool and provides thought leadership in process review and enhancement.
- Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members, assessing business risks with consideration for regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of Risk and Control experience in financial industry/ legal disciplines
